Un Retiro de Meditación de Yoga es la manera perfecta de combinar el ejercicio suave, la nutrición y el entorno adecuado para restaurar el cuerpo y la mente.

En Shanti-Som nos centramos principalmente en el movimiento y el espíritu del Yoga mediante el uso de técnicas de respiración, ejercicio y mediación. Creemos que el Yoga ayuda a mejorar la salud y la felicidad al restablecer la mente, por lo que ya no estamos preocupados por el estrés diario. En Shanti-Som hemos creado un estudio interior y un pabellón exterior como nuestro santuario para las clases de Yoga.

Nuestros profesores ofrecen una variedad de prácticas que incluyen Vinyasa y Hatha yoga. Las clases en grupo son de tamaño limitado para asegurar que cada participante reciba atención personalizada y refuerzo tanto dentro como fuera de la esterilla de Yoga.

Tanto si eres principiante, intermedio o experto, nuestro retiro está especialmente creado para aquellos que quieren un breve descanso del estrés del mundo y reconectar con su ser interior. SOBRE AUDREY

Shanti-Som Wellbeing Retreat Yoga Pose Retreat

Audrey es nuestra Yogini residente. Originaria de Francia, Audrey descubrió el yoga mientras vivía en Londres y rápidamente sintió los beneficios en su bienestar físico y mental. Fascinada por el impacto que el yoga tenía en su propia vida, por cómo le ayudaba a lidiar mejor con el estrés y los retos de la vida, Audrey decidió profundizar en él: dejó su trabajo y viajó a la India para certificarse como profesora de yoga en la Escuela de Yoga Trimurti (especializada en Hatha, Ashtanga y Vinyasa), pasó un tiempo en ashrams para aprender de maestros espirituales y desarrollar su conocimiento de la filosofía del yoga y la meditación.

Desde entonces, Audrey se ha dedicado a la enseñanza del yoga y la meditación, primero en Camboya y ahora en España. Su deseo es introducir a más personas en el yoga y la meditación, para capacitar a sus estudiantes a utilizarlos como «un vehículo de transformación».

En sus clases desarrollarás tu flexibilidad, equilibrio, postura y vitalidad utilizando varios estilos de yoga para explorar y desafiar tu cuerpo y tu mente respetando las habilidades de cada uno.

ESTILOS DE YOGA

Hatha Yoga

Práctica suave y lenta, ideal para que los principiantes estiren y desarrollen la flexibilidad, encuentren el equilibrio y mejoren la concentración mental. El hatha yoga es una clase basada en la alineación para desarrollar la conciencia del propio cuerpo y explorar las posturas básicas.

Vinyasa Yoga

Estilo de yoga más dinámico y de ritmo más rápido. Es un flujo que conecta una postura con otra utilizando la respiración, como una coreografía. Es ideal para desarrollar la fuerza, la flexibilidad, la gracia y la vitalidad. Al ser más enérgico que la mayoría de las formas tradicionales de yoga, quema más calorías.

También es una oportunidad para aprender posturas más desafiantes para avanzar en su práctica.

Yin/Yoga Restaurativo

Esta clase se centra en la relajación y el estiramiento profundo para lograr el máximo zen.

Se trata de un estilo de yoga más pasivo: las posturas se realizan principalmente en el suelo y se mantienen durante más tiempo para permitir una práctica más profunda, de conexión a tierra y más reparadora. La mayoría de las posturas se apoyan en soportes como bloques, almohadillas y mantas para poder profundizar y liberar la tensión acumulada en los músculos y la memoria de la fascia. Una práctica para liberar en profundidad los puntos y zonas de tensión, una conexión más profunda con la respiración, ralentizar el corazón y calmar el sistema nervioso.

Audrey enseña 3 herramientas básicas de meditación para aquietar tu mente, sentirte más relajado y encontrar tu paz interior:

  • Conciencia de la respiración
  • Activación del tercer ojo
  • Relajación Corporal / Escaneo

MEDITACIÓN TRATAKA

En esta meditación aprenderás sobre una meditación yóguica tradicional llamada «trataka» o «mirada de vela».

Una trataka es un tipo diferente de meditación, en la que mantienes los ojos abiertos y centras tu atención en la llama de una vela.

Como esta meditación se hace con los ojos abiertos, es una gran introducción a la meditación y una gran opción para las personas que tienen problemas para contener su mente errante.

La meditación con velas ayuda a abrir el tercer ojo y mejora la concentración y la memoria. También es una preparación esencial para todas las meditaciones de tipo visualización.

MEDITACIÓN DE LOS CHAKRAS

La meditación de los chakras es una forma especializada de meditación que se dirige a los chakras bloqueados y está diseñada para limpiar, limpiar y equilibrar sus chakras.

Obtendrás una comprensión básica de los chakras (ruedas de energía en nuestro cuerpo) y serás guiado para visualizar cada chakra a su vez.

MEDITACIÓN DE BONDAD AMOROSA-METTA

La meditación de la bondad amorosa (a veces llamada meditación «metta») es una forma popular de meditación budista y una gran manera de cultivar nuestra propensión a la bondad y la compasión. Consiste en visualizar y enviar mentalmente buenas y cálidas intenciones hacia nosotros mismos y hacia los demás repitiendo en silencio una serie de mantras.

Se ha demostrado que esta meditación aumenta las emociones positivas, como la alegría, la gratitud, la satisfacción, el amor y la compasión.

MINDFULNESS EN LA NATURALEZA

La atención plena es el cultivo de la conciencia momento a momento de nuestro entorno. Es una práctica que nos ayuda a lidiar mejor con los pensamientos y sentimientos difíciles que nos causan estrés y ansiedad en la vida cotidiana y, en cambio, potencia tu bienestar.

En este taller saldremos al aire libre y potenciaremos nuestra conexión con la naturaleza y nuestros sentidos para sentirnos más presentes utilizando ejercicios como la respiración consciente, la observación consciente, la escucha consciente y la apreciación consciente.

Una práctica poderosa que puedes añadir fácilmente a tu vida.

VISUALIZACIÓN

La visualización es una meditación en la que tu mente es guiada en una dirección específica para obtener un resultado deseado, como una mentalidad, un sentimiento o una sensación corporal.

A continuación, te guiará a través de imágenes mentales y visualizaciones

Se basa en imágenes visuales y otras experiencias sensoriales.

Trabajamos, con esta meditación, para:

  • Sanación emocional y despertar espiritual.
  • Obtención de una nueva perspectiva sobre las situaciones de estrés.
  • Desarrollar habilidades para gestionar el estrés.
  • Aumentar el conocimiento de uno mismo, así como la paciencia y la tolerancia.
  • Centrarse en el presente.
  • Reducir las emociones negativas.
  • Aumentar la imaginación y la creatividad.

PRANAYAMA

Los pranayamas son técnicas respiratorias específicas que nos enseñan a controlar, regular y potenciar nuestra energía vital: la respiración.

Estos ejercicios nos ayudan a despejar nuestros bloqueos físicos y emocionales y tienen diversos efectos sobre nuestra mente y nuestro cuerpo: algunos son energizantes y desintoxicantes, otros son relajantes y equilibradores.

It instantly gives a positive emotion and desired connection. The problem with saying 'yes' all the time is we keep adding to our 'mental load', and soon there is a wall between what we actually need to thrive and be happy. 
Saying 'no' is a handy, magic word which can protect you and your boundaries. This can be a really difficult word to say. You might need to practice it slowly. After all, the guilt of saying 'no' could cause you a lot of anxiety. 
How about starting with a stranger, or someone you seldom meet. Step by step drop the 'no' word in with close friends, colleagues, your boss, and finally the toughest ones - your family members. Explain why, and offer alternative solutions. Slowly the scales will tip, and we hope you find yourself saying 'yes' to YOU more than anyone else!
