How Long Should You Stay?

A five-night stay delivers a meaningful kickstart: guests typically lose 2–3 kg and, more importantly, break habitual eating and exercise patterns. Seven to ten nights allow deeper metabolic adaptation — guests report 3–5 kg of healthy weight loss alongside improved energy, better sleep, and a clearer relationship with food. Stays of fourteen nights or longer deliver the most sustainable results, with enough time to embed new habits that stick after you return home.
