Our doors are open every day of the year. Your retreat begins when you arrive, for as long or as short as you like. We typically require a minimum stay of 3 nights for most programs.

Each location features a selection of intimate, thoughtfully designed rooms. Rooms accommodate a maximum of two guests, with a surcharge applied for double occupancy.

Hatha Yoga

Yin Yoga

Not at all. Our yoga retreat welcomes all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors tailor each session to suit the abilities and goals of the group.
We provide yoga mats, blocks, straps, and all necessary equipment. We recommend bringing comfortable, breathable clothing for practice, swimwear for the pool and spa, and layers for cooler evenings. Sun protection is also advisable.
Absolutely. Many guests combine our yoga retreat with elements from our detox, relaxation, or healing programmes. Our wellness team will help you create a personalised schedule that meets all your goals.
The minimum stay for the yoga retreat is 3 nights. We recommend 5-7 nights for the full transformative experience.
Yes! Many of our guests come alone and find it a wonderful opportunity to meet like-minded people. The intimate setting (maximum 15 guests) creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 14 days incur a charge of one night's stay. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Shanti-Som is located in the village of Monda, in the mountains above Marbella on the Costa del Sol. The nearest airport is Málaga-Costa del Sol (AGP), approximately 45 minutes by car.
We can arrange private airport transfers for your convenience. The retreat is also accessible from Gibraltar airport (1 hour) and Seville airport (2.5 hours).
Guests arriving by car will find free private parking on-site. The mountain location provides the perfect escape from the busy coast while remaining easily accessible.
