A seven-day programme allows deeper work: your body has time to establish new sleep-wake rhythms, and you receive additional therapy sessions, nutritional fine-tuning, and advanced relaxation training. For chronic insomnia or long-standing sleep disorders, seven nights is our recommended minimum.
