If hormonal changes have started to affect your sleep, whether that’s broken nights, early morning waking, or feeling anxious and unrefreshed, this five-night immersive retreat offers the opportunity to reset your sleep.
Combining expert guidance and evidence-based techniques with a calm, restorative environment, it’s designed to help you better understand your sleep and gently support it back into balance.
Designed for those experiencing ongoing sleep difficulties, this immersive experience goes beyond generic sleep advice. It explores the underlying factors that influence sleep, including stress, lifestyle, and hormonal changes, to create meaningful and lasting improvement.
With guest speaker, Insomnia Specialist Kathryn Pinkham, this retreat focuses on helping you understand why you may feel stuck in a cycle of poor sleep and what is actually driving it. Rather than focusing on surface-level advice around caffeine or relaxation alone, you’ll learn how to reset your body clock, reduce night-time wakefulness and improve overall sleep quality.
Kathryn will review your sleep assessment and guide you through two personalised workshops, alongside Q&A sessions, providing tailored advice based on your individual sleep patterns and challenges.
Across the Retreat, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of:
Your days will also include mindful movement, restorative spa treatments and nature-based activities designed to calm the nervous system and support better sleep.
With a small group of like-minded guests (maximum 13), this retreat offers a supportive and focused environment to begin breaking unhelpful sleep patterns and rebuilding confidence in your sleep.
Kathryn will be present throughout the Retreat, offering guidance and expertise, making this a rare opportunity to work closely with a leading sleep specialist in a dedicated setting.
Sleep isn’t one-size-fits-all, and many people struggle despite doing all the “right” things. This retreat is designed to help you move beyond generic advice and develop a personalised, practical approach to improving your sleep.
