Our doors are open every day of the year. Your Retreat program begins when you arrive, for as long, or as short as you like!
To ensure you make the most of your experience, we typically require a minimum stay of 3 nights for most programs.
In order to create an intimate and private retreat, we have just 15 guest rooms with a choice of 4 different room types.
Each room can accommodate 2 people, and an additional fee is charged for double occupancy.
Tailored to your wellness objectives, we offer a variety of programs to suit your preferences, such as Relaxation, Yoga, Pilates, Detox, Healing and Weight Loss.
Each program is priced on a daily basis, starting from €140 per person per day.

Shanti-Som Wellbeing Retreat is in the beautiful Andalucia region of Spain. Located in Monda, just 40 minutes drive from Malaga airport and 10 minutes from trendy Marbella. We can arrange airport transfers, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.
We offer a range of retreats tailored to your needs and preferences. If you’re seeking relaxation and relief from daily stress, our Relaxation Retreat provides a peaceful escape. If you prefer moderate movement and rejuvenation, our Yoga and Pilates Retreats are perfect for clearing your mind and reconnecting with your body.
If you have specific health goals in mind, our signature Detox Retreat will reset your body with a carefully designed juice and broth diet. Meanwhile, the Weight Loss Retreat focuses on teaching sustainable, healthy eating habits for maintaining optimal weight.
The Shanti-Som Healing Retreat is for those seeking physical healing and emotional release.
All of our programs have specific inclusions to meet the needs of the guest, and include Yoga, Meditation, and spa sessions for restorative healing.
To fully enjoy the benefits of our programs, there is a minimum required duration for each type of retreat. The Relaxation Retreat, our introductory program, starts with a minimum stay of one night, while the other programs require a minimum stay of three nights. The Weight Loss retreat is an exception, with a minimum stay of five nights.
For all our Retreat programs, it’s necessary for guests to stay overnight at our estate. This allows guests to fully engage in the immersive experience, away from the usual demands of their daily lives and distractions. However, we also provide Day Retreat programs where there is no overnight stay required.

Visitors are welcome to drop by Shanti-Som for a coffee, juice, or meal. If you would like to dine in our restaurant, please make a reservation in advance. We also provide a Day Pass option for €30, which grants access to our facilities, including the heated outdoor pool, sauna, and steam room.
Kindly be advised that our Retreat is recommended only for adults (+16) to maintain our guest privacy and our focus on holistic wellbeing and relaxation. We do welcome families with children for lunch at the hotel.
