Shanti-Som Wellbeing Retreat is pleased to announce that we have created new innovative Boot–Camp Retreats after the holidays.

We don’t just give you a training program. We’ll support your entire physical training routine, diet, exercise recovery, mental preparation, nutrition and supplementation as well as relaxation and rejuvenation.

So don’t worry if you’re new to fitness and want to transform your life, or if you are looking to push your fitness to the limit, we’ll make sure your program is designed just for you.
