Shanti-Som Wellbeing Retreat is pleased to announce that we have created two innovative Boot–Camp Retreats before and after the holidays.

The Christmas days are coming, so why not join us on a 6 day and 5 night holistic retreat, filled with trainings, nutritional consultation and mind set. The aim is to l kick start a fresh and positive phase in your life!

We don’t just give you a training program. We’ll support your entire physical training routine, diet, exercise recovery, mental preparation, nutrition and supplementation as well as relaxation and rejuvenation.
