Our doors are open every day of the year. Your Retreat program begins when you arrive, for as long, or as short as you like!

To ensure you make the most of your experience, we typically require a minimum stay of 3 nights for most programs.

SELECT YOUR ACCOMODATION

In order to create an intimate and private retreat, we have just 15 guest rooms with a choice of 4 different room types.

Each room can accommodate 2 people, and an additional fee is charged for double occupancy.

Each program is priced on a daily basis, starting from €140 per person per day.

How long should a Weight Loss Retreat go for

Our Weight Loss Retreat begins with a minimum stay of 5 nights, and from there, you have the flexibility to extend your stay for as many nights as you desire.

5 day Weight Loss Retreat

We call this our Turbo Weight Loss Retreat. This program is for those looking for a quick introduction into a Wellness Retreat and wanting to kick start a more healthy lifestyle. You’ll get a feel for what your body and mind is capable of with some dedicated time away from your normal life. Let someone else take care of your meals, schedule and be guided by our Wellness Team. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated and in the right mindset to continue your weight loss journey. 

7 day Weight Loss Retreat

In general we recommend at least 7 days for guests to see weight loss  results during their time at Shanti-Som. By day 5 you will start to see and feel a change in your body, some stubborn weight may start to shed. It won’t just be your body that you notice improving. With a combination of regular yoga, relaxation, nutritious food and sunshine, our guests start to look and feel better with improved skin, brighter eyes and relaxed bodies. Most importantly, feeling happier and motivated by their achievements. 

10 day Weight Loss Retreat

For those who are serious about establishing good lifestyle routines and seeing results, we recommend a 10 day Retreat to allow your body to adjust and build strength. After 10 days your body will have adjusted to the change in diet as well as a new exercise routine. Not only will your body feel more energetic and lean, but you’ll be armed with the knowledge and relaxed state of mind to make real lifestyle changes. This is the best way to ensure the weight stays off and you embark on a healthier and happier way of life. 

14 day Weight Loss Retreat

As with anything, with consistency and time we reap the benefits of our hard work. This 14 day Fitness Retreat is for those who are looking to really blast off some weight. You may be taken outside of your comfort zone and pushed to whole new levels, to reach the health and fitness goals you want to achieve. The benefit of a 14 day program allows you the time and support to reach these goals. When you’re in such a peaceful environment and are following a planned schedule, you won’t be in your usual routine. By doing so, this will give you the chance to break your old habits and instead for new ones. Consistency and support is the key!

This is not a group boot camp, so our Retreats start on the day of your arrival! Your itinerary is tailor made to your personal goals and timeframe. 

Our results speak for themselves with guests typically losing between 2-10 kilograms in one Retreat. Your individual results may vary significantly depending on your body size, fitness level, age, gender, medical conditions, and other factors. 

Our Nutritionist and Chef work together to create a delicious seasonal weight loss menu. Eating healthy doesn’t mean simply getting bland salads and vegetables for your meals, you will be pleasantly surprised at the delicious cuisine you will be served. Be inspired by the meals you eat, healthy juices and the nutritional guidance you get will keep you motivated for a healthier lifestyle.
